The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center was looking for an inspiring and transformative site that reflected the excellence of service that the Ritz-Carlton brand is known for globally. The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center team charged Bluetext with designing and developing a website that reflects their global client base and displays both dynamism and diversity.
Landing Page Performance
As Bluetext dove into the discovery process, beginning with an in-depth review of the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center’s current site performance, we found that the current site’s landing pages were significantly underperforming. Data showed that these critical pages lacked specificity and users found them hard to locate. Bluetext set out to create a directed experience for the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center’s website users, focusing on creating natural pathways for the visitor rather than leaving the visitor to navigate the site without guidance.
Bluetext also discovered that blogs were a major source of traffic on the current Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center site. With this in mind, the Bluetext team wanted to ensure that the blogs were prominently featured, easily filterable and searchable, and visually appealing to the site visitor. The new site design enhances UX by featuring relevant blogs site-wide, creating opportunities for deeper exploration rather than ending a user’s journey on a single landing page.
